This isn't anything particuarly special. I was testing out my trail of Adobe Photoshop CS3. I couldn't find all the tools, and a forgot how to use them, ect., so this very simple peice took about three and a half hours. 
I do like the end result though. The mane and tail are a bit funky, but considering it was my first time with this program, I don't mind so much.
